anyone know a website i can download a version of msn messenger for dsl? i am new to linux so i need to know exactly where to download it from, and what file to open in the file or whatever, any help would be greatly apreciated,PS: DSL is a whole lot faster than windows

Sorry but I can't use Ayttm!
I have the following message when I boot:
ayttmgzip bad bloktype 3
tar:unable to read all data.
I don't have this with openoffice by example and I use  dsl 0.7.1.

Haven't tried it myself, but it sounds like a bad download.

Just delete it and try downloading again. If it's still not working repost :)

It's working here just fine, redownloading is probably a good start.
Don't use Firefox, it does some strange things on downloads.
use wget <path to file>

amsn (http://amsn.sourceforge.net) looks like M$ messenger, but don't have a mydsl version.

Let me note that you will need to have the < tcltk8.3.dsl > also for it to run. Thanks for your interst in that package.
