How do you configure firefox to open at full screen and without any toolbars or menu bar, and also without borders?
Any help with any of these would be greatly appreciated.

I have never seen any way to specify dimensions for Firefox with firefox configuration or commandline option. Easiest way I can think of is to press F11 after it loads.

EDIT: That doesn't work. I forgot fluxbox stable doesn't have fullscreen mode. Sorry, but you're not going to be able to do this in fluxbox without fluxbox dev, preferably 0.9.13 since it has added true fullscreen.
Another option is trying another window manager, but I'm not sure which ones will automatically fullscreen an application. Maybe ratpoison.
