When I try to install a Firefox extension in the 1.0.6 UCI, it doesn't appear in the Extensions window. The extensions I tried are Adblock Plus and the Adblock Filterset.G Updater.

When I run this firefox, it complains in the output screen that it didn't have right privileges to setup the extensions config file, or something like that. Your problem might be related to this. I tried to give full permission to the .mozilla file with no change in the message, so I have no idea where it tries to write (the message doesn't say).
