Does anyone know where the "xxxx has sent you a greeting card" spam originates?. I logged into this forum yesterday and this morning I have 6 spam "greeting cards". Ted in Atlanta Posted by John on Jan. 27 2005,09:57
I am not selling your email addresses to spammers if that's what you are asking. I'm hoping this is a coincidence.

I do a login almost daily in this forum and never(never) received greeting cards like those.Certainly this is a coincidence. Ciao ;) Posted by tkatlanta1234567890 on Jan. 27 2005,13:24
I wasn't trying to make any connection.... I keep pretty close track of my Inet activity .... the sudden appearance of similar types of spam raises a flag...None of the so-called "greetings" saw the light of day on my system .. Just wondering !!! Ted in Atlanta |
