I used MyDSL to load Ice WM and now I can't get out of it.  Can someone give me a hand and let me know how I can uninstall or at least get out of Ice?  When I right click the desktop none of the dsl extensions come up and I can't get to whitebox to edit said list.  I'm at a loss.

There is no fluxbox option in any of the menus or sub menus.  I've tried loading fluxbox as root but it tells me I can't because a WM is running already.  However, when I try to exit Ice I don't get a command prompt for some reason so I am unable to start up fluxbox.

What I would like to do is change the default wm from ice to fluxbox, but I dont know what file I need to edit for that do be changed during the boot.

If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.

S3tH, have you tried editing you /home/dsl/.xinitrc file?  That's the file the starts programs automatically when you "log in."  Add fluxbox as the last line.

Once again, the forums come in to save me.

Before and after I posted that I had been looking for that file... but couldn't for the life of me get my eyes on it.  That whole time it was simply hidden. (Ouch, my already small ego shrinks further)

Thanks guys
