I made an XAMPP .tar.gz package for the MyDSL library.

It was one of the easiest things to do - it already is set up to install to /opt; all that needs done to make it a MyDSL extension is to strip it down a bit (wipe the htdocs folder - though phpMyAdmin is still there as its not in htdocs) and retar it so it's relative to root.

Note: I haven't tested it yet.
