Bluefish Settings

I'm really happy that someone included Bluefish for as a mydsl, but after I make changes to the settings what do I have to do in order for them to be saved?

Also how do I set Dillo as the HTML browser in the settings? and save that setting?

I always run off of the LiveCD with a USB flash with all of the setting and backups and mydsl programs.
