I have grabbed gtk 2.0 from mydsl to enable the use of realplayer.  However, once installed, realplayer won't run.  The error says some file in /etc/gtk-2.0 doesn't exist.  I checked the folder which is /etc/gtk (not gtk-2.0) and found nothing in it.

Is this a problem with the extension area or the file or something?  I am running off of the cd but I doubt thats it.  Any ideas?

here's something to try:

go to the repository, and it will say

                    extensionname      info       md5sum

download the md5sum file, and then in the terminal, type:

cd *insert directory where you put the .dsl file*
md5sum -c yourmd5sumfile.md5.txt

That will tell you whether the problem is with the .dsl package or not.

If that doesn't work, then what version of DSL are you running?
