I was able to get mydsl extensions to work in 0.9.2 DSL embedded.  For some reason I can not get extensions to work with 1.0.1.  They show loading when I boot but the MyDSL option does not show on the menu system.

Anyone else with the same problem?  How about an idea of what I am doing wrong?

I have placed the .dsl and .uci files manually (automatically was not working) into /mnt/hdb and have mydsl=hdb in the startup script.

Thanks for your help.

Hi!

I use dsl-embedded and everything works fine for me. I just load the dsl or uci files manually with emelfm. I also store most of them on hdb (the virtual hd). Hope everything works out for you!

Have fun,
meo

Are you using older versions of the extensions? When we got to 1.0 the extensions had to be reworked. Try the updated versions. I think that'll do it.

Do you happen to have the fluxbox menu in your backups?  If so, it may be overwriting the original after the apps have been added.

Can you run the mydsl applications from terminal?
