Hello,I am running sucessfully DSL from my Stick. However, when I am tryiing to load / start the abiword dsl extension I only get for a second the about screen and then nothing happens/appears. Any idea how I could get abiword dsl to work ? best Christian Posted by clivesay on May 06 2005,11:00
I just downloaded/installed/ran Abiword on DSL 1.1 without issue. You must have a bad extension download or an older pre DSL 1.0 version of the extension.Chris Posted by chris_nbg on May 06 2005,16:31
Chis & all,I found why abiword is not working on my dsl. Wihin abiword there seems to be a reference to the language. As I usually use lang=de (for the German keyboard) it dos not work. When switching to the US lang=us abiword is working. Unfortunately I need it set to lang=de, so ideas for a workaround ? best Christian Posted by baladret on May 10 2005,10:52
hello,I have the same problem that chris, i'm using lang=es and abiword.dsl don't works, it doesn't works with loading from OPTIONAL directory in mydsl live cd or abiword.dsl from hdaX and myDSL buton in emelFM, Dont works with DSL 1.0, dont works with DSL 1.1. only if I work with lang=us it's all rigth Thanks.
