I was trying the DSL for Ayttm Universal Instant Messenger, and every time I tried to log on to Yahoo, it said the password was wrong.  I know it was right because right after that I went to another machine and logged on using Yahoo's Messenger.  Is there an update for Ayttm?

Coma -

Do you have a working ayttm? I have noticed the one in repository is not working. I don't know why because I know it used to.

I'm not sure how the DSL repository works, but if you have one that works, and the one there doesnt, why dont you get yours uploaded......?

I posted up the newer version of ayttm from coma.

Seems the difference was that the files in /etc need
to be owned by dsl.staff, not root.root..

Probably my bad, as I go thru each extension I receive,
and check for errors..  *most* files not in /home/dsl
get owned by root.root or root.staff ..

I may try this on the old version,
as it is half the size of the one coma sent me,
and only a minor version difference..

I've still got about a dozen new extensions to post
that have been contributed from other users..
Should be in testing soon ..

tnx..

Thanks very much.  I'll have to download it when I have my laptop reimaged.
