xchat doesn't start

when I try to launch xchat I get this error:
gtk warning: locale not supported by C library
pango warning:
cannot open font file for font bitstream vera sans mono 9
pango waning: cannot open fallback font, nothing to do.

Do you have the gtk2.dsl located in the gtk2 section of the myDSL repository? Make sure to load that before loading a .dsl that requires the gtk2 libraries.

Actually, I believe there is now an upgraded gtk[whatever].dsl. Check out < http://damnsmalllinux.org/cgi-bin....t=6931; >

I haven't tried it myself yet. You might need to update the apps as well.
