Has any one gotten this combination to work?  The jumpdrive is recoginized as bootable, but all I get is the Syslinux/DSL boot options screen (Enter to boot, F2 for boot options, etc) and everything hard freezes.  I noticed in the BIOS it mentions that the USB is emulated until the operating system takes over.  I don't know if thats of any relevance.  Any help is appreciated.

Try upgrading your BIOS version from the Dell website
