Hello,
i was wondering if anyone can help me install dsl on my computer on a cd after downloading a .iso file i  burnt the actual file to a cd without doing anything to it, i think i have to do something.  can u help me?  do i neede anyprograms?  and also then can i run it right of a cd or do i HAVE to copy it to a usb stick?  and wat about the mirrors and the ftp : im waiting for it to download after like 4 hours  it'll be done, this would be soo useful on my old computer thats really slow.  please help me if theres a site for directions please post.  Thank you!

u just burn the iso as it u do NOT extract it u must burn it as a image. what burning software do your use?

bravo person, first time burning an iso? how did you boot DSL before ?

There are a few burning programs that can burn a CD image from an ISO. In Windows you can use Nero, EZ CD Creator or CD Burner Pro. In Linux you can use any front end for CDrecord, or CDRDAO, like K3B or CD Roast.
