I am a noob at DSL Linux and I need some help USB booting.

OK - give us some clues:

Can you boot DSL OK from CDROM?
Does your PC support USB-ZIP or USB-HDD booting?
Have you tried to install DSL to the USB pendrive?

Be more specific about where you need help & what isn't working.

Well I need to find the full path of the ISO. Where can I find that???

The only thing I can think of that would require the path to the .iso is if you are trying to install from file, which you don't need to do if you're running the liveCD.

I'm assuming you can boot the liveCD and are running DSL from it. Use the USB install - Apps -> Tools -> Install to USB pendrive. Select 'l' liveCD when prompted by the script.
