"Change" meaning "add", or "switch to a different user"? DSL has only one regular user, and root. You switch to root with the command sudo su. If you want to add users, try the command sudo /usr/sbin/addusers.lua

I think `su <user>` should work in a terminal, or you could logout I suppose.
