Autoboot for gtk2 appsForum: USB booting Topic: Autoboot for gtk2 apps started by: Outspan Posted by Outspan on Jan. 01 2007,13:03
Hi all,I boot DSL via pen drive and it feels so great to have all my data an OS stored in a device I can put in my pocket ;). Lately I was looking for some nice myDSL extensions and I was wondering if I could auto-load at boot even gtk2 apps. It shouldn't be that difficult, but I still didn't figure out how to do this. I mean, I put the apps + gtk2 etc.dsl package in the right directory, but then if I want to use a gtk2 app I have to click on "myDSL > Upload_to_GTK2" each time, so I was wondering, how can I automate it? What line do I have to add to bootlocal.sh? I tried with "mydsl-load /cdrom/gtk2 etc.dsl" but it didnt work. Help, please Posted by ^thehatsrule^ on Jan. 01 2007,15:56
