Hi,

I was wondering if anyone might have a solution to what I am encountering.  Following another post, I formatted using the HP software as FAT32, copied the files from dsl-3.1-embedded.zip to my drive, and ran syslinux.exe G:.

When I restart however, I get the message "Remove Disks and other Media, Press any key to restart"

I have a M2N-SLI Deluxe mobo with the boot priority Removable drives (this includes the usb), cd-rom, hard drive.

Has anyone else had this problem/know a solution?

Thanks

Burn the DSL cd and use the install scripts that are already setup, either USBZIP or USBHDD depends your machine's capabilities of booting usb devices. So much easier than doing it yourself using embedded.
