Hi guys,
I just found out about DSL and I would like to try it on one condition,

All I want to do is ;
boot from usb and ghost the hdd to cd or dvd

Can I do this with DSL? if so, what is the application name?

If you mean 'ghost' as in Norton Ghost, they have their own discs. Please see their documentation.

If you just used that word because you heard someone else use it, but you mean that you want to 're-image' a partition using basic linux tools, you can use 'dd', among others.
