Hello,

Is it possible to boot DSL as an embedded system on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.5.5 ?

I know OSX is very similiar to Linux and seems no reason to do so. However,  i need to test some code for DSL.

Thank you.

You mean inside a virtual machine?  It won't matter what kind of system you're running as long as the VM supports x86/i386

I think he means fully. DSL 3.x/4.x will not work, being unpatched 2.4.x kernels. Apparently, you need patched 2.6.x kernels. The first three hits on a google search for "linux on macbook" will help you.

Live-boot ubuntu or kbuntu would be your best bet.
