When I choose the Install to USB Pendrive option Under DSL CDROM version 0.9.3 or 0.9.3 it wont work.  Very quickly a box appears for a fraction of a second probably with an error which I can't see cause it happens so fast and then the box closes.  Do you need to do this under root access or something?   Is it a priviledge/permission problem?  If root access is required how does one do it that way?  Thanks :)

the script wants to download something called frugal_usb.tar.gz. just be connected when you run "install to USB pendrive"

I'm also having problems with getting DSL to boot completely.  It hangs at "searching for usb."  Any ideas?

It downloaded the image or frugal but it bombed on the install.  I wonder if this is a permission thing.  Immediately after bombing I opened root-access and ran mdsl-load frugal_usb.tar.gz then echo "mtools etc.. THEN frugal_usb.sh and then the install to pen/usb drive worked.

You can eaisily install it from windows just get winimage (free trial) and download the boot usb file make shure you geometry is set correctly -- if you use the hp format tool for usb drives it will be ok
then winimage the boot usb file onto your flash drive and then copy the contents of your cd on to the flash drive aswell

and it should work
