Hi. I'm trying to create and SAVE a desktop icon linked to Rdesktop. I have successfully made the .lnk file and,  after a restart of the xwindows session, can use it. Problem is I can't seem to save it for use next time I boot  DSL from my USB drive. (v0.9.3).  I've tried modifying the filetool.lst file but that doesn't seem to work. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Try adding

home/dsl/.xtdesktop

to filetool.lst

ragnorak,

Can you help me get an icon for rdesktop created.  I am totally new to Linux/DSL and I am able to get DSL to boot to a USB key, but I need to make an icon for rdesktop on the deesktop.

When you connect to a terminal server with rdesktop there is a time out after 2 minutes, is there any solution to fix this.

Also, when I log off of the terminal server I would like for rdesktop connection to come back up or for it to shut down the machine.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
