is there any way to save apps perminantly while running from flash memory? i though there might be because there isn't much point to it if you lose all information on reboot. ive looked alot and am having to use this as a last resort

Hi again!

I just replied to your other question about installing DSL etc. If you install dsl-embedded as I described answering your other question you will have a virtual hd in the qemu directory called harddisk. This drive is recognized as hdb when you boot dsl-embedded. It is just a tad smaller than 60 MB and there you can store your apps. Just mount /mnt/hdb and copy from emelfm whatever you want to use and it will stay there. After reboot all you have to do is to mount /mnt/hdb and from emelfm load what is stored there.

Have fun,

Hello !

I can mount /mnt/hdb but when I want to create a directory or a file, there is this error :
mkdir: Cannot create directory 'ESSAI': Permission denied

How to resolve this problem ?

Thanks in advance !!
