I got it to work, but since my moniter is old as crap I can only display 800X600. Is there any way I can change the resolution to that so i can use it?

while in bash, type xsetup.sh or on fluxbox right click on the desktop and goto system>xsetup

There is a boot option called "xsetup".  To use this, type "dsl xsetup (... other options)" at the boot prompt.  You may need to try some of them, and remember what works.  Once you find a setting you like, you can automatically invoke it during start-up at the boot prompt using "dsl vga=###".  Find the value you need by pressing the F3 key when you see the boot prompt.
