Now, I tried to install DSL (USB-ZIP) to my USB stick, but I couldnt manage to boot it. Therefore I wanted to give up, and just revert it to a "normal" USB stick. The problem was just that I now only have a 50 MB FAT32 partition readable in Windows. I supposed the rest of my 512 MB USB disk was in ext2 or something, but I have installed < EXT2 IFS >, but it still doesn't show any more than the 50 MB partition.
How do I revert it to one big FAT partiton? (Note: I have deleted the stuff that the DSL installation placed in the FAT32 partition because I needed the space.

If you are using Windows 2k/XP go to the control panel and open administrative tools.  Then go to Computer Management and on the left, click Disk Management.  Once there, you should see your pen drive.  Right click on it to delete partition/format/etc.

Btw: I run Linux on an old dual boot machine, but I'm not in Linux as much as I should
Wireless network setup in Linux is not just easy for n00bs, but that's another story;-)
