Where on my Pen Drive would I put stuff I want to access from DSL? Then, what would I use to access them from DSL? I noticed there isnt a "My Computer" lol. For example an MP3 file?

Do you boot from your pendrive or from livecd?

Do you use Regular DSL or do you use DSL embedded?

You can transfer files by using Windows networking.

The basic concept is:

You enable file sharing for your hard drive or thumb drive, IE: C:\ shared as "CDRIVE" or E: shared as "EDRIVE".

Then you use the DSL samba extension or the builtin smbclient program to transfer files back and forth.

See this post for more details:

You can save it to you embedded "Virtual Hard drive", which is located inside DSL embedded at /mnt/hdb

Open emelm and go to /mnt
Right click on "hdb" and choose "Mount" from the menu.

Copy the file over to this place.

Then go back to /mnt and Right-Click again and choose "unmount".

To reactivate after bootup, you can go back to your hdb and mount it again and then highlight the file and push the MYDSL button inside the emelfm window.

Weird, looked under net tools and SMB client is already there, still im having this issue of no changes being saved when I run directly from pendrive. When I run off desktop everything saves fine.
