.bashrc is in /home/dsl.  The dot preceding the filename signifies that it is "hidden" to many applications such as emelfm.  In Emelfm you can press the "H" button situated next to the location bar, or press Ctrl+h, to toggle visibllity of hidden files.  To open it in vi, use the command "vi /home/dsl/.bashrc", or "vi .bashrc" if you are already in /home/dsl, or select the file and press F4 if you are in midnight commander.

Look into /home/dsl/.xinitrc for apps that start when you enter the graphical system.
