I am attempting to set up DSL for (mostly) unattended operation.
DSL processes would perform home automation tasks, and the system owner should use SSH to log in and check the status of things.  There may be occasional power losses and subsequent reboots.  For this reason, it would be preferable to have ssh keys and passwords saved rather than newly generated.

Is there any guidance for HOW to set up for this kind of operation?

Thanks for responses,

You could use a backup with "dsl secure"
