i want to put dsl on a usb stick and run it, but (in my ever want to put apache/mysql/php on it as well, i ) need write access to the boot drive image!

cheers

i mean the boot drive image.

ie. dsl is installed on a qemu drive image, that can written to within qemu. the knoppix image is not writable, and i need write permissions on the 'boot drive'.

thanks
