How do I uninstall *all* the games in DSL?  I don't play them, they take up slots in the menu, and space in the CD.

There was only 2 topics found.  And neither of them tell me how to uninstall it.

remastering = making a customized DSL livecd

It is up to you to figure out how you wish to customize the livecd.

Since most of the games are not installed via Debian packages (everything except xpacman, according to the web site), there is no simple "uninstall" command for them.

You will have to manually delete all of the files that are associated with each program and manually edit your fluxbox menu configuration file.  It is located at /home/dsl/.fluxbox/menu

This is a lengthy thread, but it should give you the info you need.

The article is 1 year old.  The version when this was written was something like 0.6.X.  The new version I am using is 1.0.1.

I cannot processed anymore because this file does not even exist: #cp -Rp /cdrom/autorun.bat /mnt/hda3/newcd

There are 137 posts in that thread, spanning roughly a year.  Meo has been updating the tutorial during that time.  If I had done any remastering myself i might be able to help more, but all i can do is say this is the most complete piece of documentation available on the subject, even though it will take some time to read.

It sounds like you have a harddrive installation of dsl. If possible wipe your harddrive and reinstall dsl. Next time dont use MyDSL to install programs, instead use Apt-get.

Apt-get install programname

Apt-get remove programname
