Make "search from" default to "From beginning". The current setting capture very little and being at the bottom of the form is easily overlooked.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......

On the Search Page:

Put the member name into the Search Keywords box,
Select Member Name in the Type of Search dropdown,
Select All Open Forums in Forums
Select Posts in the Search in... dropdown
Select The Beginning & check Newer in the Search From box

Click Search!
