It would be better to have a seperate myDSL kernel source for additional installation for 2.6 kernel version since it supports more hardware basically. Many people need it badly (for e.g: SATA support , Sound cards and also many other things).

Since DSL-N is in early stages applications are less in it.
Migration to DSL-N for newer hardwares is not easy.

DSL has came all the way for years with lots and lots of applications and enhancements. This additional package would help a lot for people with new hardwares.

Should be moved to DSL-N section.

If there isn't a user-made mydsl package yet, you can grab the kernel sources from kernel.org and build using the dsl-n.config

Small nit to pick: that's not entirely accurate since the 2.6 kernel drops certain legacy support. It's more accurate to say that 2.6 supports more recent hardware. And the book hasn't yet closed on 2.4; SATA was backported to 2.4 in 2.4.27.
