Hello. I recently found myself in a position where I had a DSL live CD and needed to do a disk backup over ethernet, and given the circumstances I was in, I couldn't connect the computer that I was doing the backup from to the net. I solved the problem eventually, but for the future I think it would be a good idea to include nc in the images as it is both small and extremely useful.
