Would be good to get drivers for PCMCIA or PCI support...and have it modprobed or whatnot...

You don't metion what card you have. Many cards are already supported. In fact wireless pcmcia card support has existed for a very long time, pre 0.6.x. and with 0.6.x many more cards are supported. There was a thread where users were stating what wireless card they were using. You might try to search the fourms.

i am just finding support for sorting out pcmcia problems awful, mary from bingo just says its a joke but mmmmn i think thats going a bit to far dont you, reeeeeeewind

I keep seeing posts about the drivers at this site working with most 802.11b cards.
