dvorak at boot up

Hi, I can't remember if I've asked this before, but can you please add the Dvorak keyboard layout at the boot-up screen?

That would be most helpful and would prevent much grief (and needing to crack out the old QWERTY for five minutes while I change over). Thanks!

I have added keyboard selection as part of the initial setup screens in the next release.
