it would be great if it would be in the distro... instead of naim.. that one supports not that many im...

i don't know anything about the size.. but it could be rather large in your eyes...

Centericq is great, but it is surprisingly quite large.

How much is heavy? it needs 4104kB of disk space... kinda heavy but I don't know if fits, stripping naim and nirc and nicq... any other light jabber client?

I  just compiled the latest to see how large it actually is.  After being stripped it was 3.4MB. For DSL that is just too big.  Centericq is actually the first client I looked at because it is very easy to use and supports many protocols.
