The mouse works in Midnight Commander
if TERM=xterm

so in the fluxbox menu file, I changed:

-e mc

to

-tn xterm -e mc

this won't help if you type mc in an xterm
i don't know if setting TERM=xterm would cause any problems

maybe this should go in apps or how-to
or maybe it's a sort of bug to fix
