Hi Y'all working hard to improve this incredible distro!

Just a couple of suggestions:

1. It would be fine if you could make a maintenance release to fix small things that can't really be called bugs. For example the Alt Gr key that is not working in Firefox if you have a scandinavian keyboard-layout (the swedish for example).

2. It would also be nice (and save a lot of posting and frustration) if there was a brief explanation how to use new features that comes along in the changelog.

That's all, have fun,

The real benefit of DSL (& Puppy Linux) is that they can be installed on older computers or computers with smaller capacity making them useful for today's needs & saving them from the landfills. Developing countries will needs milions of computers of low cost & capacity that will need DSL or Puppy.

As far as live CD's go, it seems like most people are going to use something like the latest Knoppix rather than a mini distro. Therefore we think installing to the hard drive on low capacity computers should be a high priority for DSL.

meo, did the xmodmap trick help you with your keys in Firefox, or is this problem still unsolved?

Hi clacker!

Actually I haven't had the possibility to dig in to it yet. This has been the busiest week for me in a long time. I've had 9 important meetings so far this week and still there are 3 more to go for saturday and sunday. So it just have to wait for a while trying your suggestions. Thanks anyway!

Have fun,
meo
