As my main DSL machine is a Libretto I have a maximum vertical screen resolution of 480 (without loading up the monster Xfree & now I've got the framebuffer support working brilliantly so I don't need Xfree). This means that if default application windows are higher than 480 I can't get at the title bar to move or maximise to screen size. Can I suggest that the default size for application windows be kept to 450 or less. I recommend 450 after looking at the MS Word Viewer application. I found the hard coded window size of 800x600 in the .LUA file & changed it to 800x480. This still left the title bar just off the top of the screen. It looks like the 'geometry' option which the 800x600 is applied to sets the size of the pane used to display the documnet - not the entire application window size. A maximum size of 450 seems to sort this. As DSL is aimed at / used on a lot of low-end machines which may have similar screen resolution restrictions I think the maximum default window size of 450 would make things earier for a lot of people.

Some applications default sizes (e.g. Dillo, though I found dillocfg which allowed me to set the size to an acceptable one) manage to keep the tab on the left just on the screen & that can be grapped & dragged to move the window, but the MSWordViewer was just a bit too big.

If you hold down the <alt> key you can drag the window down until you can reach the maximise button
