Thanks for sharing. I can use this site for some remote workgroups I'm putting together. It gives everyone the feeling of being on a "Team".
Posted by adssse on Nov. 09 2005,15:10Added myself. Very cool to see where everybody is from.
Posted by green on Nov. 09 2005,16:34there are already 9 of us!! woo hoo! I get two markers for spending time in two places, hope that counts.
Posted by mgmont on Nov. 10 2005,04:40I just added myself and at this time there are 15 on the map. Us Texans have the most locations of any state or country at this time. Lets see some more states or countries. I know there are a lot more of us out there.
Posted by faroutscience on Nov. 10 2005,21:28I'm in Texas too, a little northeast of Houston.
Posted by ke4nt1 on Nov. 10 2005,22:10Cool..
I just purchased some acreage outside of Dayton.
I'll be moving the house, and the crew,
around the xmas/new years holidays...
ANTENNAS AND TOWERS ALLOWED !! WaaHoo !!
Posted by mgmont on Nov. 10 2005,22:58Hey Ke4nt1, I can't understand your shout on the map. Do I need a single side band browser to interpret that?
Posted by ke4nt1 on Nov. 11 2005,03:38
No, but you would need a very high-gain transmitter to break "sublight" speeds,
and maintain "subspace" contact with the planet Qo'noS for a dictionary..
( hint) Did you try using the universal translator ?
Posted by mikshaw on Nov. 11 2005,04:00I just noticed that frappr.com doesn't work in DSL....at least not with the default firefox and dillo.
Then again, it's a beta, so maybe they'll make it more universal in the future...yeah...maybe...
Posted by MethodOne on Nov. 17 2005,20:38I'm the first one in Wisconsin on the map!
Posted by Your Fuzzy God on Nov. 17 2005,21:52mikshaw, frappr works on my DSL install (1.5 frugal toram) with Firefox 0.9.1 (default). What version of DSL are you running?
Posted by mikshaw on Nov. 18 2005,04:01v2.0, but i can't remember if i was still using RC1 that day or RC2
Posted by hs7sv on Nov. 18 2005,05:26Confirm ... Frappr doesn't work with Firefox on DSL-2.0RC2.
Posted by Joe Shmo on Dec. 02 2005,21:48I'm at the moment the first and the only one from Germany
Posted by larkl on Dec. 02 2005,22:52How cool is Frappr! Looks like I'm the sole Iowan (although I must admit I just moved from Texas). Looks like the midwest is well represented!
