USB HDDForum: DSL Tips and Tricks Topic: USB HDD started by: Razuh Posted by Razuh on June 19 2006,16:03
After attempting many alternatives for mounting/initializing... a Seagate 80G USB drive with DSL, none which worked [bad superblock, too many filesystems, wrong fs...] we used Partition Magic [with Windows 2000] to create a linux and a fat32 partition and all is well. Good luck.
