I happen to find a text file that explains quite a well some bash scripting basics.

But as it had some strange doublequotes all over it it was kinda messy. So I removed it.

I propably found the best bash scripting guide in the whole internet... But takes some time to read: < http://www.tldp.org/LDP/abs/html >

I'm trying to find smaller that still explains how to create semi-advanced scripts. Until then...

I love Copper's Advanced Bash Scripting.  It is the best bash guide on the entire www. I wish other languages would copy his example-driven approach
