Hi guys,
How to remove packages that you dont need to use in DSL?
example some of the games, maybe X windows....
I know DSL already small but I like to make it smaller. Please give me some hints on how to do it safely without breaking anything.
Thanx alot.
JiMi.

Do a search for remastering

There are tons of excellent HOWTO's that people have whipped up

Good tip.  I accidentally arrived here looking for a way to uninstall DSL add-on packages that have been installed on a hard drive installation for testing.  My first solution was to delete the files and edit the icon out of the menu.  Then I found checkinstall.
