I want setup a server for my home automation control use DSL,MonkeyWeb & BetaFTP both are very good services ,so how can I start these too services when the PC reboot,is there any program like "MsConfig" in DSL?

Use the boot options "monkey" and "ftp"

You can also start them from /opt/bootlocal.sh
