what about the hard way?
virtual machine is hard way for me because the computer is only 133mhz! cant run any other OS!
i want Screen shot but not any because i want to show its specs of that computer while being booted up.
thanx.

Does running System Stats from the control panel and then looking at the stats.txt file it generates provide what you are looking for?

Don't know - I like easy ways ;p

If you just want specs you can use torsmo, System Stats (as roberts suggested), or just read out dmesg. (unless you really do want a screenshot  during boot... )

Still no definite answer to whether you need shots of your specific system, or just shots.
There are piles of screenshots at this link, including many for DSL 3.0

What problem are you trying to solve by capturing this output?  I mean, I just read it.

Is boot failing, or ..?

I think this is the case where this output is needed to save as text file.
Snap a pic with your cam. ;P
