it is something like an autostart and also cool, when it is the first time you start dsl but after times it is boring ^^

Posted by gammelmarakuja on May 14 2007,13:15too long ^^ couldn't you just please write an short answer ;)
Posted by mikshaw on May 14 2007,13:27no. That would be a waste of resources.
Alternatively, you could do a search of these forums, as your question has been asked at least as often as any other.
Posted by theroar on May 24 2007,12:16I used Dillo as a search item and found nothing about changing the autostart properties. I also added auto and boot to the search but nothing useful popped up.
Could you be a little more specific about the correct search, or add a link to the proper thread?
Posted by curaga on May 24 2007,12:44Read the in* page!
It's at the end....
Posted by mikshaw on May 24 2007,21:35theroar: The single word "dillo" will present the answer if you also select "from the beginning" as a search option. The most obvious thread about this, however, was about 9 or 10 pages into the results.
Still, just reading the page will give you the answer you need, as well as answers to most of the other basics of DSL, so just read it. It'll take a lot less time than posting here and waiting for a response, especially considering you already knew the answer could be found on that page before you posted. Either way you still have to read the answer, so you're not saving any effort.

Actually, just entering "Dillo" in the search bar (control-f) takes you right there.

Here is a link to the relevant document:
just copy and paste into your browser address box.
It should have all the info you need to stop Dillo from auto starting in the future.
p.s. This is a special link that only works if you're using DSL ;)
