Hi, I`m a begginer in linux and i`ve been using ubuntu for 3 months by now. Next week i`m planning to install DSL in my old PI 200 mmx computer, and I would like to know if  i can install programming apps, like python, nasm, etc with a frugal install. thanks

There are some mydsl packages for easy installation into frugal/liveCD:

Python, PHP, Tcl/Tk, Ruby, several c files...and probably more.

btw...as a beginner, you might want to consider reading the DSL docs concerning mydsl packages and backups to avoid several questions in the future.
