I see that OpenOffice 2.0 beta is in MyDSL: how to update to current version 2.0.3 IT?
The OOo site permit to download a tar.gz that contain rpm packages, but by emelFM I'm not able to install new version.
What is the right way?
Thanks all and bye

I give myself first reply.
Main problem was dsl-dpkg.dsl and gnu-utils.dsl, because the size was 0.
After download of thease files, I've downloaded also aliendebs.dsl to transform the RPM packages of original OpenOffice.org in DEB packages.
Now the problem is that alien transform RPMs in directory (one for each RPM).
Anyone know how transform RPM in DEB to perform installation?

Open Office is (the last time I checked) a self-contained application, so it doesn't matter what form or format the package is.  If you can extract the program from the package you can put it wherever you want without the need to use a specific package manager.

Of course, it's right!!
I've found the matching solution at
< OpenOffice.org  Manual Install >
Now the problem is how to put some icons to the desktop: I'm searching...

Solved to add languages to OOo

OOo in spanish....happy at the end...

Go to OOo.org

1) download OOoblablabla_ linux-intel(program)

2) download OOoblablabalangpac (language pack es or other)

run tar 1) run tar 2)

copy *.rpms of 2) in /RPMS of 1)

apply studiocircuito procedure

for FILENAME in *.rpm ; do exec rpm2cpio "$FILENAME" | cpio -i -d ; done
take a coffe or beer and return

move the directory ooo to real /opt
run soffice in /opt/ooo/program
go to tools - lang set and put spanish
and tachan... OOo in the language of Cervantes..

to make the uci

open Aterm

sudo su

cd/opt

mkisofs -R -hide-rr "openoffice.org..(the directory ooo)" | create_compressed_fs -65536 > /mnt/hd1(or another drive)/openoffice2.0.3.es.uci

goes to dinner and return

you have OOo.uci in spanish

Por fin dsl comienza a hablar en espaņol...
