I have a problem to log on Webmin 1.300

I have Install Webmin on DSL 3.0 , then i went to my remote web brosser < http://box:10000, > ip adresse is 192.168.1.186. I try to log on and i gote nothing

dose DSL 3 have a firewall witch block the port.

i have a nother system that run debian linux , i dont have any problem with Webmin
