I'd like to thank John first of all for allowing me to post. I know there is a command to send a user to one user or ALL users logged on the system (SSH) through SSH. I've enabled APT; so I was pondering if there was an thing I could install to enable this write command.

Thank you very much. :)

Is this typed the way you intended? If so, could you please try asking the question with more detail? Perhaps the word "user" in the phrase "command to send a user" was supposed to be something else?

You said "write command", so maybe you're looking for wall? Only thing is I think it writes to all users only.

Hmm. Sorry that sentence doesn't really explain... Yeah there's wall; nevermind this is sorted now I used the command apt-get install nwrite so now I use nwrite (certain user) then the message. Thank you. ;) And thanks for replying fastly.

I think the basic tool used for specific users is "talk"

Yeah, talk works also. Although it doesn't for me; an error with the talk daemon.
:)
